Bellingham police are turning to the public for help identifying a person in connection with a break-in and assault earlier this month.
Officers responding to a reported burglary and assault reviewed surveillance video and determined the person of interest was on Pulaski Boulevard heading toward Woonsocket between 12:30 and 1 a.m. on Aug. 15.
