Suspect steals deputy's patrol car, leads high-speed chase before rollover crash in Baytown: HCSO

A 35-year-old man is in custody after jumping into a deputy patrol vehicle and sparking a high-speed chase that ended in a rollover crash on Saturday morning, HCSO deputies said.
