Off-duty Pct. 3 deputy shoots at suspects outside Atascocita-area business, Houston police say

Officials said the off-duty Precinct 3 deputy identified themself as an officer to the suspects allegedly assaulting someone in a northeast Houston parking lot, before firing shots at them.
